Kathy offers Private Yoga Sessions in your home or via Skype to deepen your home practice and allow the teacher/student relationship to gain trust and clarity. A private session allows you to have the entire attention of your teacher addressing your individual needs.
You may benefit from the specific instruction for your body’s needs to help your yoga practice to move forward or focusing on one specific issue you would like to improve. The benefits of a Private Yoga Session allows you to be very specific with your healing needs. You can focus on healing a past injury, a pose that you may have difficulty with, an area of your body that just feels stuck, releasing the mind chatter or just having the attention of a one on one relationship with your teacher.
Private Yoga can also aid in growing your personal yoga practice and keep you connected to a deeper sense of what your body needs. Our bodies need different practices for the seasons, the time of life, as we age, injuries and emotions.
